Wilfred de Bruijn, a Dutch man living in France for 10 years, was the victim of a brutal attack in Paris while he was “walking arm in arm” with his boyfriend. Here his face is bloated, seeped in blood, his bruised right eye shut tight, his tooth broken. His is one of the latest cases of homophobia in France, where LGBT activists say reports of verbal and physical assaults have surged as lawmakers consider a bill legalizing same-sex marriage.

Всъщност, отговорил съм на първите 27, но…30 дена - 30 ЛГБТ въпроса, къде пише че дните трябва да са последователни :D

Така и аз всъщност съм започнал доста отдавна да отговарям, но приемам това като напомняне да отговоря на 28, 29 и 30 въпрос :) :)

1) Фейсбук, където прекрасните ми приятели (били те лгбт или не) не престават да публикуват статуси, картинки, песни, коментари, статии и на лгбт тематика и така не забравям колко забавно и вълнуващо е да си гей

и 2) Тъмблър, където прекрасни непознати правят същото, по друг начин :)

I’m going to point out again for those who don’t click links: This young woman was shot in the head and neck by the Taliban for speaking out on behalf of women’s rights in Pakistan.

She is fifteen years old. She is also still alive. It is likely that she will suffer lifelong language and coordination difficulties given where she was shot (left side of her head) but she hasn’t given up her fight.

While Islamic clerics in Pakistan have issued a Fatwa against the men who tried to murder her, the Taliban has re-iterated its intent to murder her and her father.

I can’t express how much of a hero this woman is. She’s only fifteen, and yet she’s faced such impossible odds, and she’s still fighting. I just wish there was something I could do to help her.

Girls like this should grow up to run the world. She has guts I can’t even imagine having. I hope she makes a full recovery.
